Elder James E. Johnson

Elder James E. Johnson is originally from Stamford, Connecticut
, and recently move to Charlotte, NC after living in Columbus, OH for 27 years. He is a U S Air Force Veteran, and has earned an A.S. Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Computer Science and a B. A. Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ in Business Administration-Operations Management.
Pastor Johnson has more than 30 years’ experience in Operations Management managing P & L Budgets, Personnel ranging from 50 – 100 Operational & Support Staff, Administrative & Logistical Coordination, Team Building & Motivation, Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking, Customer/Client Relations, Organizational & Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Design & Delivery of Training within the Military & Private Business sectors.
After 25 yrs. of Drug Addiction, God has delivered him from his addiction and set him free to live in his purpose, to give back and be an example to those who still struggle with addiction.
He started Coming from the Heart Ministry a 501 c (3) Charitable Non-Profit Community Outreach Service Organization, an Addiction & Recovery Outreach Support Group, design to uplift and encourage those through the Word of God, and over the past 10 years has had positive relationships with the Alvis House, Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF), and The Refuge Ministry and during this time God has planted the seed of hope to over 500+ participants on a volunteer basis giving them an opportunity to make better choices for their lives.
Elder Johnson is a former board member with The Exit Program in Columbus, Ohio, who provides Transitional Housing for low level offenders, drug & alcohol abusers, and homeless veterans.
In addition; Also served as the State of Ohio Men's Overseer for the International Anointed Ministries (IAM)
Franklin County Sheriff Clergy, member with the Ohio Association Non-Profits and previously attended the Vineyard-Columbus East Campus and served as the Men of Excellence - Small Group Leader
He is also proud father 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
